Job Description

RB Management Trainee Program is a 15 to 18 month intensive development program. It aims at recruiting, training and developing high caliber talents who believe in RB core values and culture. We provide the talents with challenging roles, cross-function job rotations to ensure that the talents will grow with the Company to be the future leaders quickly.


There are more than 200 graduates joining our Program all over the world in the past years. Each program is designed to be based on the local business needs. No matter from which market you join the program, you will be assigned real job and take real responsibilities from Day 1.


After graduation from the Program, usually you will have sufficient time to work in your own market and build up the foundation for your career. If your performance exceeds the talent standard of RB, we’ll provide you the opportunity to work in other countries. The length and location of the assignment will depend on the position vacancy in each country and your career development preference.


Commercial Management Trainee
Sales and Marketing are the base stone of the company’s business. Through challenges in real job, you will deeply understand the operation of Marketing and Sales functions through rotations in Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, General Trade, Brand and Digital Marketing. You will also rotate in the supporting functions such as Finance, Supply and Regulatory Affairs so that you can build a comprehensive understand of the business.
With demonstrated excellent performance, you may become Sales or Marketing Director, even General Manager of a country in the future.


Qualifications & Requirements:
•    Bachelor/ Master Degree from top universities with outstanding academic performance
•    Highly energized, with strong autonomy and entrepreneurship
•    Willing to challenge self and others 
•    Strong motivation to assume leadership and demonstrated capability to lead a team
•    Outstanding ability to learn on the fly, solve problem and achieve goals
•    Adaptability to work in diverse culture; overseas experience is a plus
•    Fluent in English and Chinese 
•    Accommodate to travel and relocation
