Group Accounts Manager

Long Description

Key Responsibilities

The role has accountability for the full scope of RB’s commercial interaction with the customer, ranging from the development of sales strategy for assigned customers to in-store execution management.  The role requires close cross functional interaction with trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, finance, and IS.

  • Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer with sustainable growth – ie Net Revenue, Cop, Gross Margin, Trade Spend
  • Building strong and long term partnership across all functions with the customers
  • Responsible for develop JBP, the promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimisation)
  • Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to RB commercial strategy and the customer trading terms
  • Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
  • Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
  • Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
  • Recruit, develop and manage his/her teams.  Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven track record / sales experience in multinational FMCG company with strong relationships with key international / local retailers 
  • Analytical, strong negotiation & communication skills 
  • Result-oriented, entrepreneurial with good leadership skill
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
