Sales Operation Manager

Long Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for liaising with Sales team, Supply Services and customers, coordinating sales operation activities, order processing, demand planning and follow-up
  • Lead all MI master which includes (our own and key category players) products, price, and promotion are recorded accurately and maintained up-to-date in system. Ensure order / operation process are well executed
  • Lead sales and operation rules and procedures and ensure the company internal instructions, requirements and procedures are followed
  • Support HoTM on sales team financial reports, sales reports & forecast report with implication and key highlights
  • Supervise merchandising team. Consolidate merchandising information such as MI, photos, OOS, store list and etc. Monitor sales fundamental performance and support analysis. Support market intelligence data management and report development


Qualification & Skills

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years or above working experience in sales coordination and / or forecast / demand planning
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Independent, self-motivated, well organized, highly responsible and detail-minded
  • Strong numerical skill with strong sales operation and forecast / demand planning skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic team environment and can work under pressure
  • Strong multi-tasking ability and good team player with some experience in managing a small team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational & process driven skills
  • Proficiency in PC operations such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
