E-commerce Marketing Manager

The BNL Hygiene organization is looking for a talented and passionate E-commerce marketeer to help drive our e-commerce growth ambition. 

You’ll have the accountability to drive the ecommerce strategy for pureplayers and support the B&Cs development, driving and executing marketing growth plans. Playing a key role in the e-com team and working closely with the marketing team, you will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plan with the launch of exclusive assortments, driving traffic towards our brands/products, ensure the conversion and boosting the business by leveraging events and activations. 


You’ll specifically…

  • Define the ecommerce strategy and growth pillars with the Key Account Manager
  • Deliver the growth pillars plan related to marketing (Assortment, Traffic, Conversion, Events & Activations) including the development and activation of ecommerce exclusive brand strategies
  • Plan and track ecom marketing budget
  • Work across functions to develop and executer successful commercial plans to deliver financial and market share plans and targets.
  • Support the Sales team with customer presentations and customer requirement
  • Present the key results and new projects during decision meetings


You profile and attributes…

Master-level Degree with minimum 4 years experience within ecommerce and/or marketing, any other commercial role related experience will be considered a plus
Proven successful Retail Marketing experience gained in FMCG markets with brand strategy, plan execution, budget planifaction and product launches.
Fluency in English and Dutch, French will be considered a plus

Ability to challenge, guide and influence decisions, multi-task and prioritize assignments
Flexible thinker being able to operate in a changing environment and cope with complexity
Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
Tenacious and resilient
Marketing understanding of business issues/opportunities
