We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team within the Health division.

Reporting to the Sales Manager Netherlands you will be responisible for defining the customer strategy, building category expertise, retailer partnership, negotiation and implementation of the customer plan. The position will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

You are a proven strategic thinker, with a background in customer planning and negotiation. Key responsabilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual business plan
  • Manager customer negotiations in relation to RB commercial strategy and customers trading terms
  • Account planning and forecasting
  • P&L ownership and responsability: Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin, 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion) & Net Working Capital targets for the accounts
  • Working close with the Marketing and Trade Marketing team to deliver best practice in-store sales execution, on shelf availability and promotional compliance
  • Analysis of sales data (e.g. Nielsen) to provide insights for National Account Team - focusing specifically on promotional activity and new product launches
