Coordinates with the staffing and talent management functions within HR to facilitates sourcing and development requisite skill sets in the supply function

 

Senior HRBP Supply

 

Responsible for all things people-related, you’ll be a key member of the leadership team. In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll:

  • Develop plans that get the very best out of the team
  • Take the lead in everything from hiring and training to compensation and succession planning
  • Ensure positive employee relations and industrial relations
  • Build a communications plan and embed a culture that values wellbeing and productivity.
