Bilingual Customer Resource Center Specialist (12 month contract)

Job Overview
This role is responsible for managing all consumer contacts thru inbound / outbound calls, email and social media to build and maintain a loyal and sustainable relationship with RB consumers.


Key Responsibilities
 Respond to consumers’ requests for information via telephone, email and social media.
 Support Enfamil Facebook, Sprinklr, Chat, Email and the other programs.
 Identify, analyze and take appropriate action to respond and resolve consumer questions to ensure consumer satisfaction.
 Handle difficult consumer complaints with professionalism and superior ethical standards.
 Probe consumer to identify opportunities to market other RB  products and understand consumer behaviours.
 Input detailed consumer information into the CRC data systems to leverage CRC knowledge across organization.
 Promote continuous learning and share experiences within team.
 Respect RB's policies, procedures and brand strategies.


Competencies:
 Excellent customer service, communication and team skills
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and time management
 Self-motivated to accomplish goals and objectives
 High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn and use new systems and technology
Bilingualism is required (French / English)


Experience:
 2-3 years call centre experience needed
Education:
 University degree or College diploma in business is required
 Degree in nursing, dietetics or nutrition science is an asset
