The Role

This role will be responsible to provide data governance and maintain data stewardship. Understand, maintain, enhance and assure integrity of sales force systems and the sales enablement platform (Pitcher). Responsible for field sales daily system related operation support and contributing to sales force effectiveness processes.

What you'll do

§ Leads and Champions sampling monthly budget, order process including 3rd party liaison, sample reconciliation process and participate in forecasting analysis.

§ Execute on-going Veeva, Salesforce.com and Pitcher system enhancements & complete all regression testing.

§ Serves as local champion for Veeva/Salesforce.com and Pitcher application and, serves as the primary contact for sales representative customer support for Canada.

§ Support reporting and analytic review with insights for monthly dashboard publication.

§ Supports marketing use of Veeva, including maintaining the integrity of the digital media presentation setup.

§ Leads and develops the Healthcare communication process and design (Newsletter, Share Point structure and content management ).


§ Leads business operational and call Planning Master plan development and develops supporting tools for the sales force to plan their annual objectives.

§ Leads and Champions the process to develop, update work instructions and ensure certifications are completed by the appropriate stakeholders in a timely fashion.

§ Provides system administration support to the Healthcare Sales department.

§ Lead new employee onboarding for system related processes & call recording data integrity.

§ Develops strong relations and network with a wide group of stakeholders and utilizes those relationships to enhance business performance.

Experience & Competencies

  • Demonstrates an understanding of system coding, back-end structure, relationships and ability for trouble shooting issues.
  • Demonstrates high agility and interest for problem solving and excellent customer service ability and attitude.
  • Demonstrate interest for data, reporting and system analytic. 
  • Must have excellent communication and training skills with a strong desire to be the voice of the user in communicating issues/opportunities with management.
  • Is self-motivated and independent worker, uses good judgement and elevates issues as needed.


  • Worked within a healthcare industry and/or sales/marketing environment.
  • Experience working in a flexible work environment, managing remote and in-office with ongoing interaction and input from different stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales support and/or application support role.
  • LifeScience system (ex. Veeva) administration Certification
