If you want to be a part of our amazing team, weare looking for an "Account Executive" who has the following qualifications;

  • Bachelor of Commerce or other business related education
  • Min. 1 year in FMCG Field Sales
  • Documented strong result
  • Influencing and negotiation
  • Network within FMCG
  • Understanding of basic business finance
  • Capable of using Word, Excel and Power Point for business purposes

If you are the one who has the qualifications above, then check your competencies below;

  • Confidence in communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization
  • Valid driver license
  • Understanding of sales drivers in FMCG
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Market and sales driven and motivated by proving measurable performance
  • Good understanding of trade marketing and category management
  • Knows how to leverage impact based on facts and numbers

And here are the responsibilities;

  • The Account Executive is to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration. Promote, sell and secure orders from existing customers through a relationship based approach
  • Secure and follow up on KAM agreed campaigns
  • Responsible for sales of HH portfolio in own district
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with existing/prospective customers to generate improved market shares and increased sales for RB’s products
  • Set and implement business plans with key stores, aligned with Field Sales Manager
  • Meet budgets and set priorities with focus on market shares, profitability and results
