Want to a global team the way forward? RB are looking for Administrator – Adverse Event for 12 months to support the Adverse Event for team, you’ll have the freedom to use administrative skills to support the Adverse Event team to ensure our management of Adverse events is world class.

Administrator - Adverse Events - 12 Month FTC 
Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire

Pharmacovigilance is essential to guarantee the ongoing understanding of the profile of adverse events related to the use of our brands. Responsible for office administration within the adverse event team, you’ll:


•    Ensuring the Adverse Event are processed in a timely, reviewing assessing and reporting as per reporting requirements. 
•    Responsible for the management of vigilance records electronic and paper. 
•    Work to ensure the timely completion of team requests/queries and tasks.          
•    Timely sharing of documentation with team and that this is appropriately recorded in file notes, change controls, deviations etc.

You’ll succeed because… 
•    You have experience in managing your own workload to ensure tasks are completed accurately, timely and efficiently.
•    Have previous been involved in a fast-paced environment ready to adapt to any ad hoc requests. 
•    Have a track record of been able to work independently, autonomously and produce high quality work to tight deadlines


You’ll love it because… 
•    You have recognized experience of analysis and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
•    You have work experience system documentation experience, CARA, TDS etc.  Office software skills- excel (Formulas)
•    You have previous administrative experience, the ability to ensure files are kept to audit standards
•    You have experience and can demonstrate working to tight deadlines and under pressure
