Want to play a significant role in a major SQRC programme? As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role building and developing category safety as a key pillar of GSA. You’ll identify activities to drive change and process optimisation, determine business requirements, and deliver enduring solutions whilst maintaining good practices.

The GSA Department is a key function within RB, assuring the safety of all innovative and marketed products, driving safety by design and monitoring the safety of the users of our products worldwide. 
The Category Safety Operations Associate will be a key part of the GSA Operations team and is expected to identify, drive, implement, maintain and continuously improve the safety baseline and support lifecycle. The role will be split approximately 60:40 to category and food safety delivering against the key specific areas of responsibility whilst also working on challenging the status quo and being part of other transformative initiatives.

•    Good communication, presentation and delivery skillset with some project management/change journey understanding
•    Strong excel skills to be able to work with large sets of technical data, and identify themes/trends
•    Can digest large complex data sets, interpret and present for different audiences
•    Is a team player and will share lessons learnt with the operations team supporting development and journey
•    Preferably have experience / some understanding of healthcare
