This is your opportunity to join Regulatory Compliance and help drive cross functional efforts to deliver RB exciting ambitions on Lysol and Surface Care. The scope behind Lysol and the whole Surface Care category is vast, ranging from geographical to platform expansions and requires significant regulatory input to deliver strategic registration plans. You will be joining the GRA Compliance team at an exciting time working with your cross functional partners and deliver on our commitment of a cleaner and healthier world to our consumers.

This role will provide the opportunity to work across multiple regulatory landscapes and be responsible for developing the strategy to support supply expansion as well as maintaining on going compliance of the future Surface Care portfolio.

In this role you will:

  • Understand the regulatory landscape - Work with local regulatory and industry bodies to identify business opportunities.
  • Define and drive strategy – collaborate with cross functional teams to define business strategy for compliance with registration requirements
  • Educate and communicate – Communicate with cross functional senior stakeholders to guide the business to make the best choices.

 

Embed yourself within the global regulatory team, extend your network across multiple regions and functions, manage expectations and communications with senior stakeholders, take on complex technical challenges and resolve challenging situations.
