As our Global Regulatory Manager, Nutrition Compliance  you’ll play an essential role in driving compliance and process within the global Nutrition business, ensuring our products are maintained and uphold compliance in our markets.
This category is complex and has a diverse registration/regulatory requirements across multiple global markets and various regulatory classifications. You will interface with functional members of the assigned category project teams (e.g. R&D Ops, Clinical, Nutrition Science, Medical Affairs) to ensure execution of global regulatory strategies and compliance driven changes to support the global business objectives
You will work in close collaboration with partner functions and regional Regulatory colleagues to continually improve our products through EPD activities, and ensure safety of the consumer is at the forefront of our activities. 

You will interact with R&D Operations colleagues globally, Supply and SQRC functional teams and other key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the brand compliance and maintenance activities are executed efficiently and with a right first time approach.
 
You’ll succeed because… 
…you’ve a scientific background with a deep understanding of Regulatory Affairs for Nutrition products, and how it impacts regulatory dossiers and registration. You’ll act as lead contact for key updates and impact to our RB portfolio covering NPD and EPD activities to future proof our products as the external regulatory environment evolves in-line with RB’s strategic vision. 
 You: 
•    Understand both new product development and maintenance activities, registration and submission processes
•    Have a high attention to detail in preparing technical dossiers, variations and renewals
•    Are passionate about legislation and our brands 
•    Are an excellent communicator who can translate technical information into easy to understand impact assessments, using your expertise to work collaboratively with others and can make fact-based decisions
•    Are results-orientated and entrepreneurial. Just like us.
