Pharmacovigilance is essential to guarantee the ongoing understanding of the profile of adverse events related to the use of our brands. Responsible for adverse event management (, you’ll:
•    Ensuring the Adverse Event Team compliant against legislation timeline requirements and high standards of workload.
•    Act as a subject matter expert on behalf of the Adverse Event Team for RB projects and legislation reviews.
•    Responsible for providing training and support of Team members, to lead the team and grow the individuals within it through coaching and mentoring.

You’ll succeed because… 

•    You have experience in managing people to ensure tasks are completed accurately, timely and efficiently.
•    Have previous been involved in audit / inspections preparation, interviews and CAPA management.
•    You can deliver a team’s high-quality results to tight deadlines. 
•    Are a subject matter expert of legislation and guidance as required and provide feedback on any impact to current processes and complete updates as required.

You’ll love it because… 

•    You love and have experience of identifying and finding solutions for quality issues ensuring ongoing improvements. 
•    You have work experience of the aims and functions of the vigilance/ AE management/ safety processes 4 years preferred. 
•    You have manager experience minimum of 1 year. 
•    You have experience with electronic safety databases including, Argus or similar.
•    System documentation experience, CARA,TDS etc
