As our Statistics Manager in our Medical Sciences team, you’ll provide expert statistical input across the portfolio of work including evidence brief, protocol, SAP, topline and CSR using consumer insights to meet business needs. You’ll be responsible for managing the relationship with our outsourcing partners, and providing data generation leadership across the business.  You’ll be intrinsically involved in deciding how the consumer and business needs are met by using Clinical Trials or other approaches to generate knowledge and insights for stakeholders to be able to make decisions. Your statistical leadership will enable you to provide technical expertise across our products globally through an understanding of clinical, regulatory and outsourcing requirements working alongside Clinical Operations colleagues.

You’ll succeed because… 
…you’ll have a depth of experience in medical and clinical development, ideally gained within a Consumer Healthcare environment.   You have a desire to influence across medicinal, devices and cosmetic products, what consumers have access to, how the data is compelling and how this can affect individuals and public health consideration.  Tenacious, with an excellent attention to detail, you’ll have strong collaborative and influencing skills.
