Product Lifecycle Management is a global project to  transform the way we use product technical data. PLM is powered by "Infor Optiva", our new global data hub, created to facilitate safety, quality and compliance for every RB product


The Training Lead is responsible for the implementation of the PLM training strategy and assessing its outcomes. Identifying local training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build adoption to the tool.


You will develop and coordinate training for PLM Super Users and End Users during the Global Deployment, assess training and development based on Change Requests and lessons learned, help individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge with in PLM, create and maintain training manuals, present in-person training sessions and monitor training for effectiveness and system adoption.


You’ll succeed because…


…you’ve lead and delivered international training programmes previously and you will:

Be an expert communicator with experience in communicating with all levels in RB and external partners

Have a proven track record in defining and delivering training projects

Have expertise in training PLM systems, R&D processes, Supply Processes, ERP (SAP and JDE), Master Data, Activity Management

Be able to influence and embed the new ways of working and its associated business benefits

Possess the ability to work remotely and autonomously in a fastpaced delivery driven environment

Experience in multiple brands, product formats and supply regions
