eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager (Direct to Consumer)



As a member of eCommerce team, you will be specilaised in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiatives and your core focus is to Own & Drive Traffic Acquisitionstrategy for ecommerce business through In-platformand Out-platform media; collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.Your key responsibility is to ensure In-platform media with higher ROAS are fully leveraged & exhausted; Out-platform means are exploited with ROAS and Click Through Rate optimization mindset.


  • Be an active memberof eCommerce team, demonstrating ‘growth hacking’and ‘resourceful’mindset
  • Take an analytical and evidence-ledapproach to Performance Marketing; own in platform and out-platform spend; maintain forward forecast by Brand / Brand Segment at SKU level
  • Know how to apply eCommerce Traffic modelto work back from the sales target to identify traffic targets& optimization opportunities and lead it to find optimal spend
  • Ensure top class Win in Searchexpertise(SEO/SEM),staying ahead on key word bidding strategy both inside and where applicable, outside platform
  • Have deep understanding of SKU prioritizationbased on Traffic & Conversion rate trends
  • Engage Platform Marketing Solutions, engaging stakeholders at multiple levelsand formalizing Way of Working for increased collaboration and performance optimization
  • Work with platforms for improved Traffic & Sales attribution-maximizing spend with clear attributionmodel and minimizing spend where unclear
  • Maintain an agile media planby Brand to ensure things that are working can be fuelled more for scale and those that are not are adjusted quickly
  • Engage with internal stakeholders such as Brand, Digital and CRM teamto leverage on top funnel marketingfor driving bottom funnel conversion•Work closely with Business Developmentteams to spend in sync with Platform activations; maintain a balance between ‘Always On campaigns’and ‘Eventcampaigns’
  • Operationalize scorecardsthat ensure visibility and transparency to various performance KPIs
  • Work with External partners & Publishersto constantly improve attribution model for Page View and Sales optimization
  • Ensure Performance Marketing budgetis being spent with right ROAS mix;Amplifying what is working and Addressingwhat is not working.

Professional Skills and Competencies


  • Must be a proactive self-starterwith can-do attitude; demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Must haveexperience and exposure to Digital Media, Paid Search,Re-targeting, Publishers and Affiliates。
  • Hands on experience of Programmatic and Digital buyingis preferred
  • Strong analytical and data mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions
  • Command over Data & Insights tools, particularly Excel
  • Experience of working with dominant eCommerce playerin the market is an added advantage
  • Strong inter-personal skills, able to independently engageinternal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple taskssimultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
  • Degree qualifiedor equivalent in Engineering orbusiness-related discipline preferred
