Associate E-Planning Manager

Working with a fast-paced, complex and innovative team, you’ll analyse sales and eCommerce data across our customer portfolio. You’ll:


  • Supply forecasting for monthly availability in Distributors for both IFCN and RB Base
  • Coordinate with Supply Team for monthly forecast of Stock from RB to Distributors
  • Ensuring supply & PO fulfillment from Distributor & Customer on timely as promised
  • Liaise with E-Customer Manager & Marketing, Sales, Demand Planners, Manufacturing to validate feasibility of mid-long-term supply plans
  • Collaborating with other functional teams to prepare the supply chain for new product launches for ECOM & and product transitions
  • Participate to the monthly pre-S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning) meeting to align the production & distribution
  • Assisting E-Customer Manager for PO Forecast, Delivery and Payables
  • Manage inventory level at warehouse to be optimized
  • Manage Gimmick distribution
  • Review out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues
  • Working with E-Customer Manager on Trade Marketing Management
  • Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs/return
  • Measure and report forecast accuracy
Qualifications, Skills & Experience


  • Good skill in Excel & Statistic; related experience in forecasting and supply management
  • Significant independent responsibility with a strong bias for action/ entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal cross-functional teams.
  • 2 – 3 years relevant experience in related category
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, Economics, or Operations
  • Proactive self- starter. Able to keep manager informed of progress as appropriate.
  • Highly organized with ability to priorities. Must be able to manage time effectively in a challenging environment.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills – able to manage conflict and resistance
  • Decisive – able to identify and focus on key issues
  • Commitment and can-do attitude
  • Possess RB – Values – Achievement, team-spirit, Entrepreneurship, Ownership and Responsibility
