Business Intelligence & Administration Executive

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Provide analytical support for Medical Sales with analysis and tracking of their field force activity and performance.
  • Support the design and calculations of sales incentive program.
  • Generate and collate the results of sales & other KPIs (market share, rotation, channel penetration programs etc) from multiple systems/source such as SAP, Power BI, AC Nielsen etc.
  • Monitor and improve data quality including actively cleaning data to support data integrity.
  • Find opportunities for improving efficiency in the sales process.
  • Assist the Medical Sales Director & team in all aspects of administrative work.
  • Arrange meetings/training (internal and external) for Medical Sales Division and distribution Minutes of Meeting to MS Operation Committee Team when necessary.    
  • Travel bookings (air ticket and hotel booking) arrangement and tracking for Medical Sales Division for company events and meetings.
  • Raise Purchase Request through the SAP system for Medical Sales for spending on Company Fixed Cost (CFC).
  • Guide Operation Committee Team and consolidate budget in mid-year for Cost Centre and CAPEX.
  • Raise Fixed Asset & Capital Expenditure whenever there is a need to purchase equipment for Medical Sales Division and monitor Capex Budget in quarterly basis.
  • Communicate to the team on new pricing for Healthcare Professionals and Recommended Consumer Price.    
  • Update MS Directory, Vendor Number, System and Forms for Medical Sales Division. 
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experien.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Words, Excel and Power point) & SAP systems.
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Highly committed and result oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, thorough, accurate and systematic in the execution of duties.
