Digital & CX Manager

As a Digital & CX Manager (Web&App) , you’ll be responsible to help us drive growth by driving new acquisition in an efficient and scalable approach through digital channels. You will be a key member of the Digital and CRM marketing team and will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM.

 

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Champion the Enfamama A+ Club Mobile App including new features/ trackers introduction, App UIUX, new content & engagement strategy.
  • Continue to lead the Enfagrow Website SEO with Moments of Meaning contents development.
  • Translate new communication (MoM/ other contents including any new updates/ news) across different consumer journey touchpoints mapping with defined audience, KPIs, assets, and retargeting strategies to move consumers across funnels.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
  • At least 3 years' experience in mobile application & website management.
  • Experience in project management and leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong work ethics, a professional attitude, and a desire to excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Great communication skills (both oral and written)
