Media Manager

Summary of Responsibilities

 

 

Media Strategy, Campaign Planning, Measurement

 

  • Responsible for working with the brand team to develop and implement overall annual brand/ campaign media strategy (TV + Digital) for total RB Health.
  • Ensuring projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.
  • Track spends vs plan on a monthly basis and provide recommendations based on actual performance.
  • Working with the agency team on competitive reporting and analysis.
  • Supporting contractual discussions with key media vendors and trading commitments together with agency.
  • Helping and advising the wider team on best practices, innovation and work processes.
  • Work with the agencies on Quarterly review (media operations, highlighting media innovations, research initiatives, budget vs. actual costs, progress on cost effectiveness plans, post buy analysis, effective TG to be targeted).
  • Manage monthly Media (TV) media plans, plan with agency and discuss for approval. Arrange meetings as needed.
  • Manage agency relationships, especially TV and be the one point of contact for the brand team.

 

Key point of Support for Global Media Team

 

  • Monthly media budget update (RB Health MY SG) to the global media team.
  • Global MAPP updates.
  • Monthly global cross-charges update.
  • Facilitate annual media pitches.
  • Providing support for global CI  in the development of Global Success Models for our core Global Brands.  These success models will be developed through MMxlearnings as well as any other key learnings we have for the brand and will be integrated into the Marketing Playbook. 
  • Agency and Partnership Oversight: Oversee all agency and partner relationships, including: Current JBPs roll out, Media Agencies.
     
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

 

  • University graduate with 4+ years experience in Media Planning/Management related background. 
  • Good sense of responsibilities and dedications
  • Passionate with high energy. 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Mature communication skills
