Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Summary of Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible to help us drive growth by driving new acquisition in an efficient and scalable approach through digital channels. You will be a key member of the Digital and CRM marketing team and will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM.

 

  • Drive strategy and approach for Search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, influencer marketing, campaign marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising.
  • Ensure omnipresent ‘always-on’ content strategy that builds brand equity for RB Health business.
  • Ensuring the capabilities and technologies are in place to deliver. 
  • Work with brand teams to amplify brand campaigns or launches with best in class digital amplification ideas and execution. Constantly keep abreast with the latest digital products/ channels/ platforms to attempt new learnings and ideas.
  • Driving cadence to audit the media performance across brands, identify gaps and solution alternatives to fill the gaps so as to improve the ‘metrics’ optimizations required.
  • Managing agencies, third-party vendors and stakeholders to develop high-performance marketing campaigns.
  • Managing the overall digital marketing budget and plans to support business objectives
  • Work with product development and planning team to continuously improve mobile app features/ functions / content.
     
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Education/Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6 - 8  years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG or digital/ media agency
  • Experience in project management and leadership of cross-functional teams

 

Skills/Abilities 

  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong work ethics, a professional attitude and a desire to excel 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Great communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Understanding of CMS, CRM, Database & Analytics technologies, and trending internet technologies are added advantage. 

 

Competencies: 

  • Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, keeping up with ongoing social media changes and innovations. Performance marketing experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong peer-relationship skills and demonstrable ability to align and influence to achieve cross-functional objectives
  • Experience building Digital Marketing / Strategy Plans to deliver on RB Health brands’ objectives.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial management, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Good computer and technology knowledge, interest, and awareness.
  • Knowledge of OTC and Personal Hygiene market, competitors, and Regulatory environment
  • Specific hands-on experience with performance marketing channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and SEO
  • Data driven, with experience in relevant web analytics platforms
