User Experience Manager, eCommerce

As a User Experience Manager, eCommerce with RB, you’ll have the freedom to turn an already-strong customer relationship into something beautiful. You will be responsible for creating WOW consumer experiences across all eCommerce touchpoints for the country. 

 

Summary of Responsibilities 

 

  • Coordinate with E-Consumer Team & E-Customer team to develop content & implement across E-Commerce (e.g. SKU page, campaign/promo banners, newsletter images) in line with the brand guidelines & maintain tracking of portfolio content across all platforms and ensure it is always up to date (bundles, promos, new thematic etc.).
  • Work with in-house E-Commerce team and liaise with brand team to drive creation of rich content across ecommerce platforms. Rich content can be product, category, official store/shop-in-shop, educational, engagement or campaign content for all E-commerce platform (Retail, Market Place & D2C)
  • Develop and optimize product description and SKU listing to trigger high rank on-site search.
  • Work with E- CUSTOMER MANAGER in creating in-store promo for specific and cross category including content, visibility and converted traffic through Marketing Program both National and Channel specific.
  • Overseen the Customer Service performance on product discussion, review & rating.
  • Manage the CRM (Email, SMS, WA & Chat Bot) content development and subscription based to boost the sales performance.
  • Analyse the integrated sales report performance across online sales channels.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Fine Arts or Business Management related field
  • Min 3 years’ working experience working in related digital or online marketing performance analytics and optimization with proven track record and strong capability in managing key ecommerce partner are preferred.
  • Possess superb knowledge and experience in leading and managing Digital Media, Social Media, Brand and O2O include managing agencies.
  • High level of curiosity and creativity in designing contents.
  • Proficiency in content marketing basic principles.• Concrete knowledge of website analytic tools.
  • Professional knowledge and experience in the use of relevant online marketing and sales techniques.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with strong relationship skills and a (fun) team player mentality
  • Proactive self- starter. Able to keep manager informed of progress as appropriate.
  • Highly organized with ability to priorities. Must be able to manage time effectively in a challenging environment.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills – able to manage conflict and resistance
  • Decisive – able to identify and focus on key issues
