Educational Attainment Requirement


Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication and related

Specialization degree in Digital Marketing is preferred.


Professional background


  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing with background in brand communications and experience in digital marketing environment (web, social media, email marketing, mobile marketing and search)
  • Directed agencies and vendors to build and manage integrated search optimization (SEO/SEM)
  • Worked with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver business results
  • Proficient in digital communication tools includes but not limited to; website, Facebook, forums, blogs, YouTube, mobile apps
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand communication, CRM, and business planning


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive and implement digital initiatives for all brands according to global / regional guidelines, focused on acquiring and engagement of moms
  • Digital initiatives include website strategy and design, social media, mobile, search engine marketing, search engine optimization and content
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaign across all digital consumer touch points to achieve key business objectives, as aligned with the regional and local brand teams
  • Ensuring all RB Health brands messaging and key visuals are reflected consistently across all initiatives.
  • Partner with other teams in Regional Marketing to ensure strategic alignment with Global guidelines and objectives and on-time delivery of digital initiatives.
  • Build capabilities & knowledge of the Brand teams in Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Responsible for overall management of brand websites and other properties in RB Health owned media such as Facebook pages
  • Responsible for reporting key metrics and ensuring delivery of digital reports / dashboards to MX brand teams every month
  • Support the development and execution of CRM programs, integrating people, process and technology , affecting different cross-functional teams (Trade, Medical and Brand)
  • Shape and inform the reporting structure to report, optimize and test eCRM content against key KPIs
