SAP Business Analyst - MM

In this role the Business Analyst will work as part of the RB SAP Competency Centre (SAP CC) to govern all aspects of the RB SAP template in Materials Management. 
Role Scope & Accountabilities:
•    Manage queries/issues and providing appropriate support mechanisms to ensure robust system performance
•    Provide technical expertise, design, development and implementation of SAP systems
•    Ensure best practice approach to system design and business processes
•    Governance of deployment teams implementing the global SAP template
•    Liaise with support organisation for ongoing issues with live operations
•    Ensure a global template approach is applied to ongoing deployments
•    Work with other members of the SAP CC to ensure optimised integrated solution
•    Implementation of any global change requests arising from deployments or support
•    Working with development teams on any development requests.
•    Ensure that local requirements are assessed against the global template to prevent inadvertent impacts on other areas
•    Ensure that the validated state of the system is kept intact with respect to documentation and process
•    Ensure the system is audit compliant
•    Ensure the ability to upgrade i.e. do not change SAP outside of the allowed rules
•    Design & oversee the delivery of global solutions as enhancements to the template
Skills & Experience:
•    Demonstrable experience in SAP Materials Management
•    Solid understanding of the integration points with other module areas within the core ECC application and other SAP systems is also required including the CIF if applicable
