We are currently looking for a qualified and brilliant HR Generalist (BU Hygiene) to join our team in Milan, Italy.

As HR Generalist you will support RB HR team ensuring efficient operations and internal communication processes. If you are a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the right place for you to accelerate your HR career. You will work closely with HRBPs to support and manage both strategic planning responsibilities and administrative tasks in every area of HR including compensation and benefits, internal communication, employee training and back-end support relating to HR Systems and its maintanance of records.

The position will focus on: 

•    Managing and coordinating the payroll cycle in collaboration with an external provider
•    Processing contracts, maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
•    Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters and salary slips 

Internal communication
•    Leading the internal communication process and develop the materials such as newsletters and presentations
•    Managing internal events and engagement activities
•    Organising fundraising initiatives
•    Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience

HR systems
•    Management of HR systems: SAP Success factor, Infobudget, Ariba, Glint

HRBP support
•    Support HRBP in the management of RB Graduate Program
•    Support HRBP in the deployment of funded training activities
•    Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations

Requirements & Soft Skills:
•    Master’s Degree in Economics, Business or HR related subjects
•    3/4 years of working experience as HR Generalist or similar roles
•    Knowledge of payroll processes managed with external providers
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
•    Fluency in Italian and English
•    Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
•    Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. Success factor) and payroll software (Zucchetti) will be considered a plus
•    Knowledge of the Italian Chemicals National Labour Collective Agreement will be considered a plus
•    Proactive mindset, excellent communication and very independent
•    Business Acumen and commercial understanding
•    Results-orientated and can-do attitude
