We are currently looking for a bright graduate to join our HR Department for the BU Hygiene for a 6 months internship focusing on Training, Recruiting and Internal Communication in our Milan offices.

As HR Intern you will support the HRBPs in the following activities: 
•    provide support on training & development initiatives as required, including roll-out of local induction; 
•    define and manage training needs and related relationship with providers; 
•    provide support on the graduate recruitment process for all the functions; 
•    manage the partnership with universities and other entities; 
•    manage the whole internal communication process (organizational announcements, newsletter, Wellbeing and Diversity&Inclusion initiatives);
•    work collaboratively with the team to contribute in implementing HR processes, ensuring that they are fit for purpose.  

Master Degree, preferably in Economics
Analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to build strong working relationships
Results oriented, self-motivated
Proactive and confident, with a can do attitude
Able to prioritise work, multi-tasking where necessary, in a highly demanding and changing environment
Strongly oriented towards customer service, with the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation
