JOB DESCRIPTION

The Junior Regulatory Affairs Associate (TEMPORARY) will be responsible for providing support to deliver the regulatory strategy for assigned brands of Healthcare portfolio.

 

Main activities:

  • Lifecycle management of medicines (variations, renewals, etc.) and preparation of documents to be submitted to Authorities;
  • Ensure the traceability and compliance of all activities, maintenance of local regulatory databases, archiving of regulatory documents and management of electronic directories.
  • Support the RA team for ensuring advertising and promotional activities to Healthcare Professionals meet applicable regulatory requirements and prepare submissions to the Ministry of Health and to AIFA.
  • Management of specific external stakeholders (i.e. agencies for German translations, requests for publication in the Official Bulletin).
  • Strict cooperation and synergy with the marketing team in order to ensure alignment on activities and to speed up processes.

 

Profile

  • 1 year of experience (ideally) in regulatory affairs in a pharmaceutical company
  • Scientific Degree (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF)
  • Master in regulatory affairs – plus
  • Proactivity, learning on the job attitude, working in team attitude, responsibility,
  • Fluent in English

 

The contract will be initially temporary.
