As the Key Account Manager you will manage key clients belonging to a dynamic sales channel, playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction and goodwill towards RB brands. The KAM will focus on:
•    Achieving P&L objectives (NR-trade investment, GM) managing categories and client mix, with particular focus on Trade Investment levers
•    Providing customer sales forecast by Month/Quarter/Full Year continuously monitored and updated using sell-in/out analysis and trends combined with product, brands, market and retailer activity. 
•    Maximizing sales developing listings of NPD’s/assortment, promotional strategies and shelving
•    Developing new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation;  
•    Defining the promotional plan and RB Top Priorities with the customer in line with the activities along with the Trade Marketing and customized to the specific needs of the customer
•    Identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
•    Building a strong relation with customer to increase the level of partnership and sharing of the objectives that can be achieved together 

Requirements & Personal Attributes:
Degree in Economics
2-4 yrs of cross functional experience in Account Management, Field/Sales and/or Trade Marketing in a multinational FMCG company
Good knowledge of English
Good negotiation and influencing skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects
High level of energy and drive
Tenacity and resilience, must be able to respond robustly to pressure
Good attitude in managing complexity
