As the KAM you will manage key clients belonging to a dynamic sales channel, playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction and goodwill towards Reckitt brands. Main activities will be:
•    Achieving P&L objectives managing categories and client mix, with particular focus on Trade Investment levers
•    Providing customer sales forecast by Month/Quarter/Full Year continuously monitored and updated using sell-in/out analysis and trends combined with product, brands, market and retailer activity. 
•    Maximizing sales developing listings of NPD’s/assortment, promotional strategies and shelving
•    Developing new product launch plans and implementation;  
•    Defining the promotional plan and Reckitt Top Priorities with the customer in line with the activities along with the Trade Marketing and customized to the specific needs of the customer
•    Identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and improvement in the management of categories
•    Building a strong relation with customer to increase the level of partnership and sharing of the objectives that can be achieved together 


As Trade Marketing Manager you will play a key role within the Sales team, driving excellence in 4P execution in key customers. The TMM will lead the tailoring and implementation of category management strategies for the customer using shopper insights and understanding of customer specifics.
Main activities will be:
-    identify and implement Category Management projects with the local teams (shopper-based placement and assortment recommendations, promotions and pricing analysis)
-    providing customer and category analysis and strategic frame work to define the categories the key customer teams should focus on
-    providing customer insight to the Marketing team in order to better define our category and brand strategies
-    Management of operational 4P strategy for the portfolio
-    Proactive impact in building NPD local launch plot


Requirements & Personal Attributes:
Degree in Economics
2-4 yrs of cross functional experience in Account Management, Field/Sales and/or Trade Marketing in a multinational FMCG company
Good knowledge of English
Good negotiation and influencing skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects
High level of energy and drive
Tenacity and resilience, must be able to respond robustly to pressure
Good attitude in managing complexity
