As Brand Manager you’ll be responsible for the development of the assigned brand through the achievement of specific growth objectives.

As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic marketing team, you will be given extensive and diverse responsibilities across the full marketing mix and will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall category strategy. The role will focus on:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy/plans for the assigned brand within a category
  • Work with other functions (Supply, Sales and Finance) to develop and execute successful Brand Plans to deliver net revenue, gross margin, market share and profit targets within timescales and budget
  • Provide monthly updates to business review and monitor market performance
  • In close co-operation with the Trade Marketing team, identifying trade needs/opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies in line with trade promotions for brands
  • Work with global/regional team to contribute to innovation, strategy and lead execution in the country
  • Implement portfolio strategy in conjunction with global category and area innovation to support overall business strategy, short/medium term; implement media strategy and plans
  • Manage development and activation of local brands; quarterly presentation of brand strategy to Sales teams
  • Marketing budget on assigned brands
  • Partners with media/consumer and market insights to implement media strategy and plans


Requirements & Personal Attributes:

MSc Degree in Economics

4/5 years of experience in Marketing in the FMCG sector

Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued)

Financial and analytical acumen and P&L management

Past experience in NPD development/concept development/innovation will be highly appreciated

Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects

Capacity to build trustful relationship in all levels of organisation

Tenacity and resilience, must be able to respond robustly to pressure
