Hospital Resource Coordinator
  1. Plays a key role in MJN Hospital strategy to win/renew targeted hospital contracts
  • Maintains the integrity (accuracy, compliance, security and confidentiality) of MJN’s hospital agreements, pricing and other documents in an organized manner.  
  • Provides notification to hospital customers for all significant events that could affect them or their contract (e.g. pricing, product change, labeling, packaging, discontinuation, supply issues).
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date status reports of all aspects of hospital contracts
  • Participates in hospital Request for Proposal (RFP) process through daily monitoring of hospital Bid-sites, distribution of RFP, ensuring submission conforms to all RFP and internal requirements.
  • Efficiently manages the Quebec Rotation program to ensure that Rotation Schedule is up-to-date, that all rotations occur on time with correct, pricing, customer setup and coordination with other suppliers

  • 2. Provides Administrative support to Healthcare Sales Team and hospital customers
  • Responsible for organization, maintenance and integrity of hospital files.
  • Completion of Special Pricing Authorization’s (SPA) related to hospital contracts and pricing.
  • Works with Order-to-Cash function to ensure that all SAP touch points with hospital customers are accurate.
  • Ensure that all approvals are obtained per internal requirements and limits
  • Ensures that all Hospital Price Lists are up-to-date, communicated and implemented in the pricing system.
  • Participates in preparation and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within Hospital Sales Operations.
  • Communicates developments within the Hospital Sales Operations through SFE Connected and Sharepoint.
  1. Builds support with Quebec Hospital Customers
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with hospital customers through inbound and outbound customer calls to assigned accounts;
  • Identifies and responds to customer needs by using strong interpersonal skills, knowledge and diplomacy to address challenges and opportunities affecting MJN hospital customers;
  • Proactively increases the efficiency, productivity and ROI of our hospital customers;
