What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage product content platforms, leveraging global assets and executing content strategy to all ecommerce partners. 
  • Develop reports, measure, and track online sales conversions while working closely within the eCommerce team to optimize sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Help Create e-commerce specific execution plans per customer. Define content strategy, portfolio mix, seasonality and online exclusive initiatives.
  • Work closely with the brand teams on brand strategy, New Product launches and product content.
  • Manage and prioritize an A/B testing program that delivers demonstrable ROI and ROAS
  • Strive for constant increase in conversion rates through out of the box thinking.
  • Sharing key learnings to eCommerce and Brand Teams.
Key Challenges
  • Setting up and managing the new technology platforms to report and syndicate content across all platforms
  • Finding new (out of the box) opportunities to drive online conversion (i.e. new products, online exclusives)
  • Working closely together with the eBusiness team to optimize the messaging of the content (branding vs conversion driven).
  • Working closely together with our e-commerce partners to setup test & learn scenarios to constantly improve conversion rates.
Is This You?
  • 1-3 years Brand/CPG experience
  • Understanding of ecommerce and/or web conversion (ecommerce/trading) and optimization (testing, funnel, analytics). Previous experience within a data-driven digital role is preferred.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse with brand and sales teams as well as key positions with our e-commerce partners.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to dig through complex data to and develop conclusions
  • Experiencing managing multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver on time
