Have you got what it takes? As a Project Manager R&D Innovation at RB, you'll plan, manage and track the implementation of R&D projects and activities within the infant and child nutrition portfolios. 

Being part of RB Health, Mead Johnson Nutrition is a fast growing world leader in baby and infant nutrition that sells products to over 100 countries worldwide. In Nijmegen we have a state-of-the-art supply chain organization, where over 700 people work to nourish children to give them the best start in life. Our Nijmegen site produces semi-finished and finished products for markets in Europe, Asia and Latin America. In Europe the product range is mainly focused on infants with food allergies. Quality, reliability, innovation and ethics are very important within our organization.

R&D Innovation is the R&D team responsible for new product launches. The teams are based around the globe, working closely with R&D category development teams, supply, procurement, and commercial teams to identify and deliver projects to build new business. Project scope as various and initiatives combined to achieve increased profitability of our products. For our R&D Innovation team in Nijmegen we are currently looking for a:

The role of a project manager in R&D Innovation is to plan, manage and track the implementation of R&D projects and activities within the infant and child nutrition portfolios, supporting the delivery of complex projects and recommending options to ensure that milestone plans are met. The project manager is responsible for project timeline, budgets and driving cross functional leadership to ensure all technical aspects of a project are delivered. The job is dynamic and complex, and the challenges you will face will give you the possibility to develop quickly, laying a solid foundation for your future career.


You’ll succeed because… 

…you've got at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, like: Food/Nutritional Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Business or other relevant education. You got at least 4 years of experience, preferably within an FMCG environment. You'll love to solve puzzles! You've got a proven track record in collaboration communcation and got experience with resource planning and prioriization.
