The scope of responsibility and tasks on the position:

• Managing the work of project teams within own responsibilities and monitoring performance of tasks in order to ensure timely performance of tasks. Taking care of motivation and effective cooperation of the subordinate team.
Managing subordinate employees through objectives, conducting the process of their assessment (PDR), co-creating the development path of subordinate employees and promoting the philosophy of continuous improvement among subordinates.
• Analysing product requirements and expectations of the marketing department (within own category), giving opinions and approving projects regarding implementation of packaging projects.
• Responsibility for agreeing on technical aspects of projects with suppliers of packaging selected for a given project, controlling and ensuring that the agreements are executed in compliance with the provisions.
• Co-creating the risk assessment and Success Criteria for projects. Assessing and analysing results of tests with regard to meeting project’s Success Criteria, formally approving the packaging component.
• In case of international projects managing spread project teams. Developing a detailed scope and schedule of works necessary for efficient and proper performance of the project.
• Effective communication with project participants outside of RB PP/Poland in order to execute entrusted tasks. Cooperation with the “Global Design” group in the scope of the implementation of project guidelines resulting from the so-called Visual Brand Language (VBL).
 


The role requires:


• 5-7 years relevant experience (project leading, project management, engineering)
• Master’s degree (Preferred Technical specialization)
• Fluency in English
• Service and quality orientation, with attention to the details
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Understanding of planning, productions or procurement process will be an asset
• Proficient in Office tools (Advanced Excel)
• Self-organizing and strong results orientation
• Readiness to deal with high complexity
• Excellent self-time management skills
