With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be fully included as part our team – bringing household name products to millions of customers worldwide. You’ll take responsibility for projects from the outset, gaining new skills and experience. Projects will vary but may be within planning, service delivery, manufacturing or logistics. The focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support and mentoring of our experienced team.


We are looking for graduating students to join our RB Supply Graduate Development Program.  The program includes rotations that allow you to gain a holistic view and exposure to the entire Supply Chain function.   During the rotations, you’ll be gaining valuable experience and building on functional fundamentals, as you get your feet wet with responsibilities supporting each respective function.  Rotations also allow you to work in various locations throughout RB’s US offices, adding to the breadth of exposure needed to become a true success at RB!  A brief description of each function is found below: 


  • Customer Service – RB’s key player in managing flow of orders and determines team ability to add value to local business. 

  • Planning (Custom Manufacturing, Demand Planning, S&OP) - Control tower of Supply Services.  Serve as point of contact between RB Commercial and RB Manufacturing.  

  • Logistics (Transportation, Warehousing, Corporate Logistics) – This is where “the rubber hits the road” in terms of managing not only the   key operational aspect of the Supply Services team but also the most significant costs within Supply Services. 

  • Manufacturing - Takes place in each factory; where raw and packaging materials are transformed into packaged ready products. 


Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Understanding business drivers and brand strategies. 

  • Responsibility for the resolution of issues arising from customers, Sales, and brokers regarding orders and order status, order cuts, and potential issues; resolves issues effectively and efficiently and ensures the coordination and communication of action plans. 

  • Responsibility for continuous improvements activities on assigned accounts; such as data management, governance, analysis, recommendation of actions to improve fill rate, appointment/want date adherence, lead-time variability, and inventory levels/issues. 

  • Creating and developing situation-based action plans to mitigate service related issues to meet operational and financial metrics. 

  • Developing strong working relationships and providing rebuttal and suggestions when necessary. 

  • Communicating item forecast issues with Customer Replenishment.  

  • Responsible for the customer relationship management of key revenue generating accounts; including contract terms are met, financial metrics are met, and the development/proposal of financial and service-based solutions  

  • Leading the communication of critical product supply situations, internally and externally. 

  • Internally coordinating with all necessary departments to ensure optimal customer service delivery. 

  • Providing suggestions on new processes, opportunities, and initiatives that deliver savings or service improvements. 

  • Managing projects to successful completion; defining scope, stakeholders, and milestones. 

  • Facilitating continuous improvement by evaluating existing operations considering new technology, team needs, and cost/benefit opportunities.  



  • Must have a BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or another business-related field. 

  • Must demonstrate proven ability to work in a team.  

  • Proven analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.  

  • Must possess strong work ethic.  

  • Must be self-motivated, seeking opportunities for self-improvement. 

  • Must possess capability to set priorities, establishes objectives and milestones, identifies and allocates resources appropriately.  

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SC software applications. 

  • Must be domestically and internationally mobile for future career growth within the supply chain organization.
