The incumbent will assist with day to day HR responsibilities related to RB North America business:

  • Build solid working relationships with various HR Business Partners and including assistance with the performance management process.
  • Take complete ownership of meaningful project work which has a direct impact to the business.
  • Actively assist multiple functions with the implementation and roll out of special projects, site training, and development programs. 
  • Actively support all work related to internal transfers (international and domestic).
  • Assist with recruitment and strategy for upcoming fall season.
  • On-boarding support projects associated with recruitment, training and compensation and benefits.
  • Utilizing Taleo, for creating job postings or gathering candidates.
  • Analyze Excel spreadsheets for supporting data with various projects.
  • Collect and analyze HR data and present recommendations to upper level management.


  • Must be pursuing a BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or another related degree graduating in Spring 2021.
  • Some professional human resources experience, preferably from a summer internship or co-op assignment is preferred.
  • Must be a proactive, results-oriented with a desire to take your career into higher level HR roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible, adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Must have strong software skills in Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Must have proven ability to work independently with minimal direction - takes initiative and is proficient at establishing internal relationships.
  • Proven communication and project management skills.
  • The ability to relocate domestically (short term) and internationally (long-term) for future career progression.
