Associate Brand Manager, Innovation

Position Description

Associate Innovation Brand Manager (AIBM) will be responsible for the roll-out of US-led initiatives online, to drive eBu’s long-term Innovation strategy. AIBM will support Innovation Brand Manager (IBM) to unlock projects that drive incremental UV in US eBu portfolio. AIBM will be responsible for project management in the Innovation framework – leading key  foundation & power-up innovations and support BM in disruptive innovation projects. AIBM will work closely with Performance Mktg team to develop data-led innovations to drive the eBu formula. Passion & understanding of eCommerce & digital strategies is essential to build projects that unlock incremental value to eBu.  


Key responsibilities include:
Project Delivery:
•    Supports and is responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for strategic innovation online;
•    Responsible for cross-functional project management for key foundation & power-up innovations;
•    Support in development of annual brand planning and strategy;
•    Execution of key system processes, including internal project management system; & SKU Mgmt systems
Data & Insights:
•    Insight generation through inherent curiosity utilizing syndicated data, market reports, sales data for RB categories & white space;
•    Product scoping and ideation: Convert ideas into innovation with size of prize & financial planning 
Relationship Management:
•    Internal cross-functional management to drive successful project management – including Commercial, Supply, Regs & Legal
•    Drive eBu presence in wider organization via regular internal updates - including Sales/ Trends/ In-Market News to drive mindset change

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years relevant Brand Management experience specifically in eCommerce
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Knowledge of FMCG 
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Very strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Aptitude and ability to navigate company resources
  • Strong relationship building skills
