Brand Manager, International Expansion

Job Overview

The International Growth Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in developing the brand strategy for Vitamin, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) in China with a key deliverable of overdriving our Joint Health brand, Movefree. Sitting in US, this role is responsible for driving the nnovation pipeline of the brand through close interaction of the cross functional team and continuous interaction with the activation team based in China. This role is the brand custodian for VMS business in China, ensuring that innovation stretgy and product strategy are in line with the long term brand equity. The role is also responsible for introducing new VMS brands in China.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for building strong and leading brands from RB Health portfolio for China Cross Border .

Responsible for clear brand strategy and portfolio architecture that drives long term equity and salience for RB VMS brands in China

Responsible for building a long term pipeline in line with brnd equity to fuel aggressive growth in China.

Responsible for identifying whitespace growth opportunities in China and clear recommendations to enchash these opportunties, working closely with the cross border team.

Responsible for tactical brand initives that drive incremental growth like upsizing, new claims

Knowledge and Skills

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business.

4+ years of sales and marketing experience with exposure in Brand Marketing Management and innovation.

Strong creative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured environments

Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and top management and internal teams. Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities

Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating

The ability to speak and write Mandarin fluently is preferred. Prior experience working with China is a plus. Consumer focused with a strong awareness of the brand and target consumer.
