About the role
We are looking for a Brand Manager to help drive one of our top brands by leading comprehensive campaigns & advertising across TV and multiple digital channels. As Brand Manager you will be responsible for leading both the short and long term consumer communication and media plans across multiple touch points. The position resides within the US Marketing function and will support the Senior Brand Manager. 

  • Take an ambitious country commercial strategy and put it into action
  • Work with everyone from supply and sales to area and finance
  • Develop and execute commercial plans
  • Supporting promotional strategies
  • Come up with your own business development initiatives
  • Deliver the kind of growth we need to stay at the top of the pile.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Writing relevant and engaging communication briefs for TV, Digital and PR Activations that address key business challenges while also exciting creative partners
  • Partnering with advertising, PR and digital agencies to guide and influence creative from briefing to best-in-class in market executions
  • Developing long term brand strategies that showcase an understanding of brand, competitive and market conditions
  • Executing media strategies across a complex multi-segment brand to achieve both segment and parent brand goals.
  • Measuring and testing media to forge the right multi-channel media plan for a high investment brand

Key Skillsets Include:

  • Influencing a large cross-functional team, including key agency partners, to over-deliver against a common goal
  • Planning and bringing best-in-class creative to market across all key touch points: TV, Banner Ads, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, In-store, Print, online video, mobile, etc
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Qualifications Expected:

  • Min. 4 years’ experience in brand marketing
  • Developed 360 campaigns: including both traditional TV as well digital such as programmatic, social, OLV, etc.
  • Understanding of best in class creative practices across digital channels
  • Experience developing communication and brand strategy
  • Proven leadership skills and experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Very strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree, an MBA a plus but not required
