The focus within the E-Commerce & Media business unit at Reckitt is to implement solutions that are relevant and reliable to empower informed decision making and business optimization to drive the business forward. There are four main key areas that your job will circulate around: Data & Analytics – Media and eComm, Accessible Automation, Smart Innovation and Data Science with ML
You will:

  • Partner with business leaders to enable iterative cycles of data gathering, visualization building, optimization, and improvements for uncovering opportunities for transformation
  • Identify medium- and long-term incremental opportunities based on ‘always on’ consumer insight
  • Focus on insights discovery and activation to improve/optimize our core marketing strategies, including Audience Target identification, media optimization, test and learns, marketing innovation, amongst others.
  • Experience with Omni-channel data, both digital and non-digital
  • Lead efforts to measure, quantify and evaluate the impact of TV/Digital and eComm media on ROAS, ROI and LTV
  • Work closely with eCommerce business team and technology team to build technology stacks that automate data and insight process
  • Be responsible for establishing and sustaining processes and practices that support process automation


You’ll succeed because… 
…you have a passion for using data to uncover consumer insights and business opportunities. You have:

  • MBA / BS degree in business analytics, applied math, or an IS-related discipline (Data Science etc.)
  • 3+ years’ experience managing digital analytics reporting, insights
  • Exposure to one of the following set of tools required: 1) Google Analytics, Facebook blueprint, Double ClickGoogle Adwords, Google Cloud, Big Query or 2) Amazon Vendor Central, Pacvue for eComm
  • Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, Python 
  • Must have experience with Data Visualization: PowerBI & Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to MTA, MMX or similar models is preferred
  • Familiar with the traditional and digital media landscape, and all associated metrics (e.g. CPMs)
  • Detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and able to supply statistical methods within a Marketing context
