  • Develop close working relationships with vendors, as well as managing cross-departmental issues/questions regarding campaign execution

  • Analyze campaign results to highlight key learnings – and translating those learnings into concise, actionable recommendations so that we can push our work to be even more outstanding

  • Manage the day-to-day campaign execution

  • Lead Creative development and assigns creative to appropriate ad groups.

  • Identifiy new ad-tech in the market- evaluates provided proposals and makes initial recommendations

  • Ad hoc duties as needed

  • Own all aspects of campaign management from the initial planning, brainstorming, utilization of 3rd party tools/resources to building out reporting templates and optimizations.

  • 2-3 years of experience executing at-scale performance marketing programs for digital agencies or client marketing organizations

  • Strong focus on customer acquisition – managing performance marketing channels e.g. Search, Programmatic, Social, Email, conversion rate optimization -- and/or managing customer data, segmentation, and driving personalization of owned channels

  • Understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, with experience with bid managers, DMP’s and DSP’s, leveraging 1st and 3rd party to data to drive marketing impact

  • Data-driven thinker

  • Comfortable working with business, marketing and IT stakeholders

  • Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics across various verticals

  • Professional attitude and service orientation; team player
