HR Manager, Early Career Talent & Development 
Parsippany, NJ

•    Leads the design, planning and execution of multi-functional, multi-track undergraduate, graduate and early career development programs
•    Create cross-functional matrix comprised of marketing, sales and eCommerce to define and develop rotational program with the intent of providing superior on-the-job learning experienced and holistic rounding of commercial skillset
•    Partner closely with HR Directors and Talent CoE to define and deploy best-in-class functional / leadership development curriculum to ensure robust development of capabilities 
•    Delivers a top class learning and integration experience for program participants while ensuring key business stakeholders have input and visibility into the program from design through to implementation
•    Facilitate strategic discussions with leaders to identify needs, align on goals and objectives, scope requests, and plan strategy for launch, delivery, and scaling.
•    Design programs that smooth the onboarding process for new employees, and support the development of future manager and leadership capabilities
•    As a hands-on trainer, deliver portions of the programs, and coordinate involvement of HR and business stakeholders 
•    Highly accountable to key business metrics, including: candidate experience, program participant satisfaction, retention, post-program employee performance, consistent experience and performance across different business "tracks" (sales, marketing, Ecommerce, etc.)
•    Partners closely with Talent Acquisition to evolve the selection model that will ensure we are bringing diverse, top talent to RB that will excel in our dynamic and fast-paced environment
•    Provides a consistent and positive leadership presence for participants throughout the program, bringing guidance, mentorship and support as needed
•    Consistently looks for new ways to innovate and evolve programs to deliver best-in-class experience and results (ex. virtual deliveries, new/updated learning sessions or modalities that support a broader, more diverse outreach, external partnership opportunities, new ways to measure success, etc.)

Professional Qualifications & Experience

•    Bachelors Degree required
•    Proven, relevant, progressive experience and demonstrated effectiveness leading performance programs in a matrix environment.
•    3 or more years of professional experience in a talent manager-level role within training & development and HR generalist 
•    Proven track record as effective leader, coach & internal consultant with demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and turn that analysis into strategic programs. 
•    Well-developed facilitation skills along with the ability to take a hands-on approach to design and implementation of such programs
•    Proven track record of partnering with senior management as a strategic business partner
