Creating new markets and taking advantage of emerging opportunities, you’ll help us drive cross-border eCommerce in China. You’ll build awareness amongst niche communities. You’ll build brand equity amongst consumers and get consumers talking about our exciting products. You’ll analyze customer insights and develop communications that engage and connect with people. You’ll understand trends and take advantage of new buyer behaviors to help customers benefit from our leading brand portfolio for themselves. As a P&L owner, you’ll plan trade strategy for new brand launch, conduct timely reviews to adjust strategy based on data and solid channel and partner insights. You’ll:

  • Lead cross-border distributors, traders and sales agencies on the implementation of brand and channel strategies in China
  • Identify channel gaps and work out implementation plans for driving our brand presence
  • Drive category marketing plans, with customer and category analysis and promotional strategy

You’ll succeed because… 

…you’ve proved your success building and growing an eCommerce business/brand. You’re passionate about collaborating with cross-functional global teams to bring power brands to life. You have:

  • International business development experience, preferably CPG cross-broader eCommerce
  • Bilingual in English/ Chinese Mandarin is required
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
  • Strong creative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured environments
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
