Key position in Commercial Investment Governance Team supporting all invoice processing, accounting, planning, control, and reporting activities related to the consumer marketing initiatives for RB Health.



  • Review and approve all PO exception marketing invoices on a timely basis, verifying accuracy of the charges and ensuring they are applied against the correct AMEs.
  • Develop appropriate compliance reporting, ensuring all marketing POs created in SAP are appropriate for AME, following up with Marketing, as needed
  • Approve intercompany cross charges accurately and maintain all the supporting details. Work with marketing to ensure the charges are valid.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned brands’ consumer marketing budget including forecasting, analyzing, accounting, controlling and reporting all activities at the program level.
  • Provide direct support to the local Marketing teams, local Market Research teams and local Consumer Promotion teams in managing all aspects of the consumer marketing budgets, including expenditure tracking and invoice payment.   
  • Support and enable the monthly SAP financial accounting process as it relates to all matters of consumer marketing activity.  Ensure the adequacy of consumer marketing accruals including potential risk or opportunity. 
  • Lead Balance Sheet reconciliation process for all Marketing Accrual accounts
  • Support AME / DME database tool (and its eventual successor) ensuring functionality, data integrity, and ongoing administration and support.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of the AME / DME database tool, in order to accommodate changing accounting rules and business needs.
Short Description


  • BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA a plus
  • 2-3 years work experience within Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to understand and analyze data logically
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills to allow for mutual understanding of problems / business needs and development of cooperative solutions
  • Ability to challenge and influence decisions, multi-task and prioritize assignments
