We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager that will support the team with the development of digital strategy, campaign implementation and performance management with a focus towards commerce.


As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will steward Reckitt’s performance marketing ambition as we embark on a global journey of digital transformation. You will be a key enabler at the core of our U.S. Digital/CRM and Performance Marketing Hub. You will be responsible for developing, strategizing, executing, monitoring and measurement of full funnel digital campaigns. You will get to optimize the campaign by creative, by audience and by touchpoint.


The purpose of this role is to support an innovative team looking to make great strides in digital, social and commerce. We are excited by the challenges this dynamic space brings. You will partner with a collaborative and cross disciplinary team ranging from creative, tech, UX, eCommerce and media to define and evolve the roadmap for performance marketing in our business. This opportunity is for someone eager and has an entrepreneurial spirit to help define the value and opportunity at Reckitt! You'll:


  • Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across digital channels (e-mail, paid search and social) all the way to eCommerce channels across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com etc.
  • Monitor digital campaigns performance (full funnel) and liaise with campaign operator to optimize (by creative, by audience, by touchpoint, by campaign)
  • Identify and share insights to be leveraged in other digital activations (including website campaign analytics)
  • Seek and evaluate strategic performance opportunities and serve as a thought-leader on new and innovative ways to reach and connect with our consumer
  • Develop recommendations for new growth initiatives and platforms, programs and initiatives that scale consumer acquisition



You'll succeed because...


You enjoy testing and learning to innovate and bring ideas to life. You have:


  • Overall 5+ years of experience w/ 3+ years of experience in managing and optimizing paid digital acquisition/DR channels
  • 2+ years of experience in managing paid social marketing strategy and operations
  • 2+ years of experience working with consumer data, segmentation, and driving/executing media plans; work experience with a major media agency or a digital advertiser preferred
  • Strong competencies with the Google Marketing Platform (GA360, Optimize360, DV360 and Search360), Facebook Business Manager and Liveramp
  • Analytical experience in conducting own analysis on channel performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and using data to inform business decisions and experience in Data Studio/Excel or other media reporting tools
  • Experience in the eCommerce space including management of Amazon and preferably other brick and click platforms is a huge plus
  • The appetite to roll up your sleeves to implement/hack/engineer your way through implementations or problems, often using data to your advantage
  • The aptitude to innovate, test & learn and continuously seek out new ways of engaging with our consumers
