Performance Media Manager

  • Lead performance marketing strategy across digital channels (search, paid social media, mobile, display)
  • Act as a strategic partner to Brand, CX and Media manager to inform creative, effective and holistic performance strategies and tactics.
  • Manage performance budgets and timelines for media campaigns
  • Develop recommendations for new growth initiatives and platforms, programs and initiatives that scale consumer acquisition.
  • Develop test and learn scenarios to continue to innovate and accelerate media performance
  • Innovate and implement test and learn strategies and drive scalable results
  • On-going monitoring of digital campaigns performance (full funnel) and liaises with campaign operator to optimize (by creative, by audience, by touchpoint, by campaign)
  • Lead efforts to utilize data-driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve effectiveness in all marketing channels
  • Dive deep into reporting which includes but not limited to media plans, audience segments, geo and demo targets, and creative, etc.

 

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in data analytics, statistical analysis, computer science or related major preferred.
