R&D Sr. Associate, Integration UpSpring

The role involves project timeline management, budget management and cross functional leadership as well as project delivery to ensure all technical aspects of the projects are completed as required

Responsibilities:

  • Support COO and SQRC lead by managing and delivering upon agreed remediation and transfer plan
  • Identify, highlight, track, and manage project risk
  • Act as key RB R&D knowledge base for UpSpring garment portfolio
  • Liaison with relevant Ops/category managers for guidance as appropriate
  • Track budget and milestones and highlight issues promptly to ensure effective project delivery
  • Provide input as needed to other functions e.g. packaging and regulatory to support projects
  • Develop suitable links with suppliers and other experts to drive forward projects
  • Be aware of and utilize functional best practice both within and external to RB with a pragmatic view of maintaining agility within UpSpring
  • Manufacturing knowledge and experience to ensure that recommended solutions are feasible from a production standpoint
Long Description

2 or more years experience of working within RB at associate level

  • A proven track record of success in an FMCG company and preferably to have experience within Health care
  • Proven ability to work business and regulatory compliance requirements in the cosmetic area
  • Proven project management ability
