As a member of the Marketing team, the Senior Brand Manager will be focused on driving growth in the U.S. by leading the development and execution of the brand marketing for RB’s Sexual Well-Being category in-line with the commercial / brand strategy as set by the global brand team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the achievement of financial, market share and brand targets for the Sexual Well-Being portfolio in the U.S.
  • Leads across functions including global category development team, supply, sales, trade marketing, media team and finance to develop and execute successful marketing plans
  • Develops and executes business development initiatives (BDIs), NPD’s and activations for the brands based on consumer, shopper and market understanding
  • Prepares the in-market execution plan for and executes the approved integrated communications plan and digital execution plan with the media and digital agencies 
  • Supports the trade marketing team as required in the implementation of the store-format activation plans or optimizing product assortment and promotional strategy
  • Enables the sales team in creating customer presentations and meeting customer requirements
  • Leads the execution of the brand requirements with agency partners including the statement of work, communications audits, and area brand pipeline 
  • Manages the budget and actively identifies efficiencies 


  • Bachelor's degree, an MBA a plus but not required 
  • Solid experience in development of strategy for Brand and Brand planning
  • Experience in digital marketing models and preferably partnerships, PR
  • Proven track record of success and 8+ years of experience in CPG or other related industry
  • Minimum 3 years as a Brand Manager within CPG industry
  • Proven leadership skills and experience
