Driving borderless channel strategies, you’ll work with external partners to ensure access to high quality hygiene, wellness and nourishment to all consumers. You’ll be responsible for identifying 3rd party distributors across nations, and drive execution model that allows RB to plug and play new brands and segments with relative ease in established GEM markets and partnerships. This highly important role will mix strategic development of our GEM models via identifying new opportunity & delivering commercial targets for GEM in Canada. You’ll: 

  • Be responsible for new distributor and customer identification, nurturing and management
  • Drive commercial set-up and direct relationship with the distributor and key customers 
  • Lead continuous improvement of customer performance via 4P (price, promo strategy, etc.) 
  • Optimize the financial performance of the customer / business model
  • Develop 4P support activities for new channels and stores offline & via new store opening through marketplaces online

 
You’ll succeed because… 
…you’ve proved your success building and growing an ecommerce business/brand. You’re passionate about collaborating with cross-functional global teams to bring power brands to life. You have: 

  • International business development experience, preferably CPG cross-broader ecommerce
  • Experience in whitespace expansion & new sales model development & execution is a plus
  • Past working experience or business connections in LATAM
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, both spoken and written 
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
  • Strong creative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured environments
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
