Senior Medical Marketing Manager, US Nutrition

This Senior Medical Marketing Manager position is a highly visible role within the US Marketing organization. As a member of Medical Marketing, you will be responsible for developing initiatives specific to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs) that are important to the US Specialty and Hospital businesses. You will collaborate across functions to create, align and execute strategies and tactics that accelerate the appropriate uptake of our products in the medical community and contribute to over-achieving US business targets.

•    Lead the development and roll out of strategic plans that provide clear, actionable direction in the medical channel
•    Lead the creation of best-in-class HCP campaigns that are insight-driven and translate science into relevant and compelling communications and programs
•    Work effectively across functions to develop and deliver Medical Marketing materials and Medical Sales toolkits that drive strong execution 
•    Collaborate with Sales Force Effectiveness to provide inputs into the national sales meeting process, content, agendas and workshops; elicit efficient product sampling; and drive science-based, action-oriented calls
•    Champion the integration of key opinion leader (KOL) activities as part of Medical Marketing plans, collaborating with Professional Services and R&D to identify and cultivate thought leaders and generate educational content to shape and deploy strategic priorities
•    Leverage digital platforms to effectively engage and complement/extend reach across target healthcare audiences 
•    Partner with the U.S. Insights, SFE and other cross-functional teams to track critical Medical Marketing metrics and continually improve plans to maximize impact

Experience required:
•    Undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Health Sciences or a related discipline
•    Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in the consumer healthcare industry, pharmaceutical industry and/or health sciences field
•    Experience in Medical/Professional/Expert Marketing or Sales
